The Villa consists of 5 apartments that occupy an entire wing of the structure, for a total number of 20/24 beds. The Villa has, therefore, 5 bathrooms and 5 living areas, each with a fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms + 2 mezzanines.

• The Olive has 6 beds: 2 in each room and 2 in the mezzanine.
• The Hydrangea has 4 beds: 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the mezzanine.
• The Rose sleeps 4/5 in 1 room: 1 double + 3 bunk beds; it is always there for groups of
  guests because it has a large living area where 20 people can dine.
• The Geranium 4 beds in 1 large room: 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed.
• The Linden, 5 beds in 2 rooms: 1 double bedroom and the other with 3 beds, 2 of which are stacked.

Each apartment is equipped with: fridge, freezer, oven, stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, sink, washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner; Television, Ethernet air conditioning and Wi-Fi
